Todd Kilpatrick

Todd P. Kilpatrick has 40 years of experience practicing in the field of personal injury law. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1977 after graduating from the University of Puget Sound School of Law. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Kilpatrick worked as a Certified Public Accountant.

His practice primarily includes the representation of people injured in motor vehicle accidents and dog bite victims. He also tries liability cases on behalf of persons injured in falls or accidents due to defective staircases, walkways, and claims arising from injuries in the workplace. Mr. Kilpatrick also regularly serves as an arbitrator with the Pierce County Superior Court on cases assigned to mandatory arbitration.

Mr. Kilpatrick is a charter member of Tacoma South Rotary Club, where he has been actively involved for over 25 years. He is also a member of the Washington State Bar Association and Washington State Association of Justice. He served as treasurer at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Puyallup, as well as board member of Mount Cross Lutheran Church in University Place.  For the past 7 years, he has acted as president of the Meadow Park Office Condominiums. He currently serves on the board of Families Unlimited Network as the treasurer. Families Unlimited is a non-profit organization that provides services and supports to the families of Pierce county by offering a food bank, after school tutoring, and housing assistance for families in need.
