In a career spanning almost 35 years, Jeanette M. Coleman dedicated her life to the fight to protect the rights of clients who had suffered personal injuries due to the negligence of others.
A lifelong resident of Washington State, Jeanette Coleman was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1985 after graduating Cum Laude from the University of Puget Sound School of Law. Prior to law school, she attended Seattle University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1982.
Ms. Coleman was highly experienced in the representation of people who had been injured in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, bus accidents, and people injured by drunk drivers. She also represented clients with insurance claims, wrongful death claims, premises liability claims, uninsured motorist claims, and those who had suffered from traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, and nursing home negligence.
Through her career, Jeanette also was actively involved in the area of dispute resolution, serving as an Arbitrator for the Pierce County Superior Court Mandatory Arbitration Program. She also serves as an Arbitrator for Thurston County Superior Court.
Ms. Coleman was a member of the Pierce County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, and the Washington State Association of Justice. She was a long-serving board member and officer for Communities in Schools of Tacoma, and was a founding Charter Member, and a long-serving board member, for the Tacoma South Rotary Club.
